  • Search registered licensees

How to Register:

  1. Click 'My Profile' from the menu option, directing you to the sign-in page. 
  2. Under the login fields you'll find a 'Register as a new user' hyperlink, click it. 
  3. Complete the necessary fields following the necessary requirements for username and password compliancy. Once done click 'Register' 
  4. This applies to both Public Users and Contractors. Once registered, you can log in to access all available services and start any permitting process. 

Getting Started: 

  • Create an Account: Register as a new user to access all features of the portal. It only takes a few minutes! 
    • IMPORTANT: If you've been working with Rutherford County and have open permits or past projects please use the same email address you've continuously used with the county to get access to migrated records to the new system. 
  • Explore Services: Navigate through the menu to select the service you need. Check the portal options to get familiar with the system.
  • Follow the Steps: Each service includes clear instructions to guide you through the process. However, if you get stuck or need help there is a 'Comments' section in your portal which allows you to chat with the Rutherford County staff.
